Wow!  I can't believe how much my cooking has changed since I started this site 5 years ago!  Fresh herbs and roux are now a regular part of my cooking routine.  A few of my recipes need revamping, but most of them are family heirlooms that will NOT change no matter how much foodnetwork I watch!
